SIA introduces online web chat for travel agents

Singapore Airlines has introduced a new online chat facility exclusively for travel agents effective today.

Travel Agent Web Chat will provide agents with an additional means of communicating with the Airline, with the service operating from today.

The airline says the new facility will enable travel agents to engage in a live, typed conversation with a Singapore Airlines Reservations consultant.

To use the service, agents need to visit the dedicated Web Chat page at, with the SIA chat window located in the top left corner of the page.

It’s available Mondays to Fridays, during business hours.
