Victoria’s Moorabool Shire to celebrate regional festival in March

Victoria’s Moorabool Shire — featuring the towns of Bacchus Marsh, Blackwood, Ballan and Myrniong — will host its annual festival with a veritable swag of farmers’ markets, long lunches, regional events and family days throughout the month of March.

Visitors will get to sample mouth-watering farm produce, gourmet lunches and everything in between, when the region’s farmers, foodies and families celebrate and share their season’s bountiful harvest.

Feast of March 2014 events include Bacchus Marsh Harvest Festival, the Garden of St Erth Diggers Club Harvest Festival and Seasonal Feast, Ballan Autumn Festival and Farmers’ Market and the World’s Longest Lunch at Myrniong.
