Bruny Island

Bruny Island is separated from Tasmania by the D'Entrecasteaux Channel south of Hobart. The Island received its name from the explorer who also gave his name to the channel. The climate is exhilarating and there are many points of beauty and interest. Cape Conella and Fluted Cape afford splendid views. Fluted Cape is one of nature's masterpieces, the rock formations rising from the ocean bed, have the likeness of graded columns.
